Account deletion
You remain in control of your account.
When KIT is released, signed-in users will be able to start deletion inside the app under Settings → Account & security → Delete my KIT account.
What deletion will remove
- The KIT account and profile.
- Private roster and journey information associated only with that account.
- Family links and access permissions created by that account.
- User-created Crew Circle and Nearby information, subject to security and legal retention requirements.
Before deletion
The user will be asked to verify the request and will see any applicable waiting period. Access may be restricted while a verified deletion request is being completed.
If you cannot sign in
A public verified deletion-request form and production support email will be activated before store submission. The team will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Information that may remain temporarily
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal or backup records may be retained for the minimum period required, then securely removed or anonymized.
